The International Nut and Dried Fruit Council (INC) has revised down walnut production for the two main producing countries, China and the United States, while raising production for Ukraine, Romania and Moldova. Currently, total walnut production is 2.58 million metric tons, down 1% from July. The problem is frost and drought, as well as a lack of Chinese labor and revised USDA estimates. However, cool autumn weather conditions ensured good quality for the Chinese crop. Total supply in 2023/2024 is expected to be 1% lower than the previous season, at 2.79 million metric tons.

The export quantity of Alchemy Food already double, estimate will be triple after this crop over.
